In partnership with Invest Porto and the City of Porto, the IPBN Porto Committee was delighted to invite its members to a special event around IT and Tech Talent in Porto with special guest speaker Pedro Moura, CMO at Landing Jobs.

Pedro gave us some fresh insights on the Portugal’s tech market from salaries, remote working, technology, and more. His talk was based on the Survey "Global Tech Talent Trends" Landing Jobs organize annually. 

Following Pedro's talk, IPBN Member and Project Manager Portugal at Aspira IT, Rachael Milne, shared her experience and journey in recruiting in Portugal after her recent move to Lisbon. Rachael told the audience about their Portugal nearshore concept, which was born out of an IT skill shortage across the Aspira portfolio of clients with demand far outweighing supply.
