Our members were all invited Tuesday, July 9 from 9h30 to 11h at the Cheeky Pub in the Quinta do Lago, Algarve for a practical session for SMEs with clear ideas and practical techniques to improve financial, management (HR), and sales performance to be implemented immediately. 

This session, entitled "How to Improve Your SME's Performance" consisted of a 30-minute presentation followed by a Q&A prepared by IPBN member Brian Shanahan, Founder of Informita, a global consultancy, based in Ireland and Portugal, focusing on working capital and procurement.

Small business owners gained insights on how to take these ideas and techniques and transition them to improve themselves, their staff, and even their clients. 

Our members gained invaluable insights on high-level principles, dealing with objections, understanding strengths and weaknesses, and following things through. 

The event was open to IPBN members and non members and was free of charge.
