The Ireland Portugal Business Network, in accordance with the Deed of Constitution of the Association dated 18th December 2007, is giving official notice that we will be holding our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 10 April 2025, at 11h30 in Lisbon. Venue to be confirmed very soon

We would like to invite all our members to attend, as we hope to use this time to gather constructive feedback that will allow us to move forward into the next year wiser, stronger, and more dynamic than ever before.

Under Article 175, Paragraph 1 of the Civil Code, at least 50 percent of the members present are required to constitute a quorum for the AGM. If this quorum is not met, the meeting will reconvene 30 minutes later, at which point the members present shall constitute the quorum.
