Following the conference, we are proud to announce our partnership with the AEMInho who are just celebrating their 3rd Anniversary. AEMinho's President, Ramiro Brito, will be in a special program of the Porto Canal from Guimarães. Not to be missed: this Friday, May 24 at 20h15. A more official partnership with the AEMinho will be signed very soon. We’ll announce it when official. IPBN member and Executive Partner PwC Portugal posted that, "On May 9th, PwC Portugal 's Deals team held the 'Tomorrow's Deals' event at the Sottomayor Palace in Lisbon. The first session was dedicated to the 'Main trends in the M&A market', followed by five breakout sessions on the 'New challenges in transactions'."
IPBN Executive Partner Vellozo Ferreira Advogados shared that it had strengthened its team with the arrival of Paula Costa, a lawyer with extensive experience in civil law, with a special focus on family and succession law, labour law and litigation. "In her more than 25-year career as a lawyer, she has also served on the Porto Regional Council of the Portuguese Bar Association for the 2008-2010, 2014-2016 and 2017-2019 terms." For Isabel Vellozo Ferreira: “We are delighted to welcome Paula Costa as a partner in our corporate project. This integration is an important reinforcement in our ability to respond to the growth challenges we have been experiencing in recent years, counting on Paula Costa's relevant experience, and personal and professional qualities."
