Members at the IPBN have been busy this week, despite the upcoming August holidays, and we are thrilled to announce some of the top news items. IPBN Member Nest Collective will announce the winner of the Future City Challenge in Coimbra today (July 23)! Nest Collective's Miguel Antunes will be present at the final event to award the winners 3 months of incubation at Nest, including mentorship, and access to all of their services and office space. Don’t miss the ceremony at Convento São Francisco, Coimbra!

IPBN member Vilamoura World announced that the Vilamoura Equestrian Centre was chosen by the International Equestrian Federation (FEI) for the European Youth Championship of Obstacle Jumps in the Algarve from July 18 to 25.

IPBN member PinkRoom reminded us that 5 Minute Reader was their first inside project: a 30-day reading challenge of 5-minute stories. PinkRoom has also been working with Sioslife to improve their tablet! An ecosystem with dozens of Android apps that integrate seamlessly to create a smooth experience for their senior users. Nice work!

IPBN member Energize Media shared Portugal’s "equitable and well-balanced" plans for reaching a carbon-neutral economy. They maintained that it should support the country’s economic growth and energy security, according to the new energy policy review by the International Energy Agency (IEA) Agency.

IPBN member Quinta do Lago has developed 2,300 square meters of farmland to support the mission of sustainability.
