IPBN Executive Partner Ardanis shared a white paper published by the company on the 23rd of October, 2024, entitled "AI-Powered Transformation for the Modern Contact Centre." They posted, "This transformation is not just a change, it is a significant revolution."
Funnily enough, AI will be a hot topic at the 2nd edition of the IPBN Innovation Centre in Dublin planned again in June this year at the Guinness Enterprise Centre. The date is to be confirmed very soon, so stay tuned.
