IPBN Executive Partner Ardanis  shared a white paper published by the company on the 23rd of October, 2024, entitled "AI-Powered Transformation for the Modern Contact Centre." They posted, "This transformation is not just a change, it is a significant revolution."

Funnily enough, AI will be a hot topic at the 2^nd edition of the IPBN Innovation Centre in Dublin planned again in June this year at the Guinness Enterprise Centre. The date is to be confirmed very soon, so stay tuned.
