IPBN member aicep Portugal Global said that Portugal is the fifth most attractive EU country for investment in the blue economy. The analysis states that the value of the global blue economy will double by 2030. The ocean currently contributes 1.27 trillion euros to the global economy, a deal that will rise to 2.54 trillion euros in 2030.
