The Ireland Portugal Business Network (IPBN) is thrilled to invite you to the 6th edition of our annual flagship Sustainability Conference, taking place on Tuesday, March 18, from 9h to 13h at Martinhal Lisbon Oriente. This year’s event will be a dynamic celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, featuring distinguished keynote speakers, including Alma Ní Choigligh, Ambassador of Ireland to Portugal, and a Minister of the Irish Government.
We are excited to kick off the conference with an insightful panel discussion on Community Development and Urban Planning. Moderated by Susan Cabeceiras, IPBN Board Member and CEO of our Executive Partner Konceptness, this discussion will explore the vital role of technology, regeneration, and community engagement in shaping thriving local environments with Siobhán Finn and Laetitia Arrighi de Casanova.
Siobhán Finn, CEO of Community Enterprise Association Ireland (CEAI) has over 20 years of cross-sector expertise and brings a deep understanding of strategy, stakeholder engagement, and business development. As the leader of CEAI, she represents a network that has driven €260 million in investments to support Ireland’s enterprise hubs and microbusiness growth, fostering regional economic resilience and innovation. CEAI is a key advocate for enterprise hubs, playing a crucial role in national policy discussions and infrastructural investments that support small businesses and startups across Ireland.
Laetitia Arrighi de Casanova, Director at B Lab Portugal has 25 years of experience in strategy consulting and entrepreneurship, with a passion for driving meaningful corporate change. As the head of B Lab Portugal, she mobilizes a global community of B Corps to build an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy, collaborating with businesses and institutions to shift economic systems towards sustainability. B Lab Portugal is part of a global nonprofit network that certifies B Corps, develops policies, and fosters collaboration to use business as a force for good, with a growing community of nearly 30 B Corp companies in Portugal.
This is your chance to hear from leaders who are shaping the future of sustainable business and urban development—and to network with like-minded professionals after the panel over a light lunch.
