I’m a senior Principal at Phoenix Search focusing on senior leadership appointments within Asset Management and Investment Funds across the EMEA region with over 12 years of experience in executive search, specialising in senior leadership and board level appointments.

I have worked with both large global firms and boutique search boutiques in Ireland and the U.S. Originally from Ballycastle, Northern Ireland, Rory is now based between London and Lisbon.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf, staying fit and active, traveling to explore new destinations, immersing myself in different cultures, and practicing mindfulness.
