She has a successful track record in driving operations, client services and customer excellence building and developing agile teams across many functions. Previously, as Client Services Director, then COO of two of Ireland’s leading leasing companies, Natasha was responsible for the overall management of operational excellence and customer experience throughout the organisation. This included coaching and developing teams ensuring delivery of key business metrics. The ultimate objective was developing and implementing business strategies continuing to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
