Alan Farrell became a young entrepreneur when he launched his own production company at the age of 19. Soon after, his work was featured on Ireland's RTE, TV3 SKY TV, Channel 4, and Channel 5 UK networks. Alan then went on to produce online video productions with the Sunday World, Irish Independent, and The Sun to name a few.

As a multi-award-winning film festival producer and recipient of the Best New Business Award by Louth County Enterprise, Alan is no stranger to accolades. His sought-after skillset led him to work for international brands such as George Foreman, Honda, 20th Century Fox, EMI Records, and many more, further broadening his scope and capabilities.

Apart from video production, Alan has been working in all aspects of recruitment in Ireland, the UK, and Australia, with a focus on Temp Locum and permanent recruitment processes. Since then, he has trained and secured a dynamic network of talented recruiters who have gone on to work for multinational companies, like Amazon, as recruitment managers.

Alan's entrepreneurial spirit and rich production background have led home to his current project: Connect Now TV. This platform is intended for clients to share their unique stories, link like-minded talent and employers, and connect quality services with those looking to establish a new community.
